Hi, I’m Rachael
In my 20s and 30s, while navigating the complexities of big moves, lots of change, and trying to achieve work/life balance, I discovered yoga, breathwork and meditation. I’ve now practiced for nearly 20 years and have been teaching since 2016. In the meantime, I’ve devoted my spare time to learning more health and well-being modalities that bring a sense of strength, nourishment, joy and balance so that I can both embody and share these effects with others.
I feel especially called to support women in midlife as new health and well-being challenges present themselves in this season of life. I believe we all deserve to be heard, supported, and empowered amid the “messy middle”. Whether it’s through health coaching, yoga, meditation, or Pilates, consider me your resource to help you live your best life.
