Let’s ground ourselves as we wrap up the week and prepare for the weekend. I’ll lead 30 minutes of mindfulness, gentle stretching, breathwork, and meditation. We’ll meet via Zoom and video is optional so come as you are, whether you’re just starting the day or already out and about.
